Looks interesting. Hi Oliver, well I just kind of estimated since I am cooking for one. If I remember correctly I used about a 1/3 bell pepper, 3 stalks celery, 1/3 onion. I would also add sour cream or salsa or both :-) by Linz (7 years ago)
