1 Can Chipotle Chiles in adobo (
3 fruit, without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
2 lb Beef, carcass, separable lean and fat, select, raw
1 small Onions, raw
2 medium whole (2-3/5 Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Salt, table
2 Leaves Bay Leaves
1 Package Tostadas (
1 cup Oil, vegetable, canola
1 Sprigs Oregano

Cook meat in pressure cooker or crock pot with 2 bay leaves until tender. (Alternate can be lamb, pork or goat)
Shred the meat and put it in a big salad bowl
Add Tomatoes, Onions, Avocado and Salt.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup Apple Cider vinegar
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup Canola Oil
Mix well and add oregano as desired- then mix again.
Serve on Tostadas and add Chipotle to taste.
