1 cup Oil, olive, salad or cooking
1 Tsp Pepper
2 Medium Green Chili
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Salt, table
1 medium (2-1/2 Onions, raw
2 large (2-1/4 per pound, approx 3-3/4 Peppers, sweet, red, raw
1 fruit (2 Limes, raw
6 cloves Garlic, raw

Grill or broil Red Pepper, Garlic, Green Chili and Onions until slightly charred.
Cool for 5 min and put in blender
Add 2 to 3 tsp Salt
Add 1/2 tsp Pepper
Add 1 to 2 tsp Cumin Powder
Add 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Add 1/2 a lime juice
Blend for 30 to 40 sec until blended.
Add little water if preferred to be thinner
Add salt, cumin powder, pepper or lime if more is needed

Can be used for:
Pasta Sauce
Marination for Fish or Steak
Dips for Chips
Sauce for entrees like steak, fish, crab cake or chicken
