1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Salt, table
1 Potato medium (2-1/4 Potato, flesh and skin, raw
1 medium (2-1/2 Onions, raw
1 Can Green Beans
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Lbs Chicken
2 Sprigs Bay Leaves
2 Sprigs Cilantro
1 Tsp Peppers
Heat oil and cook onions till fried golden.
Add cubed chicken and cook for 2-3 min
Add potato, green bean, coconut milk, salt, pepper, curry powder, tumeric powder and bay leaves.
Add 1 cup water
Simmer and cook for 30 min in medium heat covered.
Add salt if more is needed.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
