1.5 Cup oat meal
0.5 medium (3" dia) Apples, raw, without skin
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas, raw
2 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
2 tbsp Honey

Chop apple and banana. Mix with oat meal. Add milk and honey
