5 cloves Garlic, raw
4 Piece Crabs, fresh
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Just tried this with a fresh catch from a trawler off the Pacific coast here in San Francisco. You can't beat fresh.
Crabs have been cleaned beforehand
Cook crabs in boiling water with salt added for 15 minutes. Dice garlic and place with butter in a small bowl. Microwave till liquid. Stir.
Sprinkle lemon on crab meat to taste and dip in garlic butter sauce. Phantastic.
