1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, raw, with skin
2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
1 Large Salad
1 cup, chopped Nuts, walnuts, english
0.5 cup, crumbled, not packed Cheese, blue

Wash, chop and mix.

Add preferred dressing.
