1 Package Shan meat mix
3 dash Salt, table
8 cloves Garlic, raw
5 tsp Ginger root, raw
2 large whole (3 Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
1 large Onions, raw
2 lb Goat, raw
Heat oil in pan.
Cook diced onions until lightly brown.
Add crushed ginger and garlic together under brown.
Add diced tomatoes and salt and cook until tomatoes are well cooked.
Add 1/2 package of Shan meat mix or any other Indian curry meat mix.
Cook masala with rest of the ingredients for 2-3 min or until incorporated.
Add goat meat and mix well.
Add 1 cup water and cook until water is reduced and meat is tender for 30 - 40 over medium to medium low heat.
Cilantro to garnish
Serve with white or brown rice.
